Dr. Shai Shelly Eisenberg

Veterinarian | Founder of Vetsource

Born in Israel, Shai began her journey in veterinary medicine at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem before graduating from the University of Veterinary Medicine and Forestry in Sofia, Bulgaria. Following her studies, Shai established herself as a head veterinarian at one of the branches of Medivet UK.

After seven years of gaining invaluable experience in the UK, Shai, together with her partner in both life and work, Dr. Yoav James Eisenberg, returned to Israel. They settled in the North Galilee, in Kibbutz Dan, where they co-founded Vetsource, a veterinary blood bank. Vetsource has grown to become the largest of its kind in Israel, serving the entire veterinary community across the country.

Now on a new mission, Shai and Yoav are working diligently to establish the Central European branch of HemoPetix (Vetsource Israel ) aiming to meet the needs of the growing veterinary community in Bulgaria and neighboring countries.
